Please read these Terms carefully before using Smart Streamer (the “Service”).

You means the individual or entity using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the Service.
3. Service Requirements
The Service requires:
- An active Streamlabs Ultra subscription (maintained directly with Streamlabs)
- Your own Home Assistant instance with valid access tokens
- A Streamlabs account
The Company does not provide, host, or manage Your Home Assistant instance, streaming accounts, or Streamlabs Ultra subscription. If Your Streamlabs Ultra subscription expires, access to the Service will be unavailable until renewed.

All Home Assistant credentials are stored locally within Your Streamlabs settings. The Company does not have access to Your credentials beyond what is technically necessary for the Service to function.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Home Assistant, Streamlabs, and various streaming platforms. These are third-party services outside the Company’s control. You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for:
- Unavailability, malfunction, or downtime of third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs that affect Service functionality
- Security breaches or unauthorized access to Your Home Assistant instance
- Damage, loss, or unintended behavior resulting from automations triggered through the Service

The Company does not guarantee continued compatibility with any version of Home Assistant, Streamlabs, or streaming platforms.
6. Telemetry and Error Reporting
When an error occurs, the Service may send diagnostic information (“Telemetry Data”) to the Company’s error-tracking provider (currently Bugsnag). Telemetry Data may include:
- Technical information about the error
- Application state at the time of the error
- Your Streamlabs username (if provided by Streamlabs)
The Service is designed not to transmit Home Assistant access tokens or other sensitive credentials. However, You are responsible for ensuring that Your configuration does not include sensitive information in fields that may be included in error logs.
For details on how Telemetry Data is handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet Your requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the amount You paid directly to the Company for the Service, or $100 USD if no payment was made.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or property damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some exclusions may not apply to You.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Proprietary Rights
